Physical Therapist (PT), Full-Time, First Shift, Outpatient Therapy Department

UC Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for the Outpatient Therapy department for the first shift at the Daniel Drake Center.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy treatment programs for referred patients in order to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and return to his/her maximum function. Follow hospital department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients, and visitors.Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum Required:
  
  
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from approved APTA School.
  • License to practice Physical Therapy or licensure eligible in the applicable state.
  • Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.
