We are excited to partner with a client searching for an administrative professional on a part time basis. We are seeking candidates with exemplary organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication and a love of to do lists!
This position is temporary to permanent position with a 3-4-month temporary window before converting permanently. This position will also be part time when it becomes permanent.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all scheduling and calendar management.
Support internal functions, events and conferences.
Monitor company email accounts for related action items.
Draft all relevant letters and email correspondence.
Manage active record documentation logistics.
Serve as the organization's first and main point of contact for all visitors.
Methodically complete detailed data clean-up projects.
Maintain records on status of assigned projects.
Coordinates communication directly with vendors; arranges for deliveries.
Tracks status of all outreach and distribution.
Qualifications:
Must have 3 years of administrative support, ideally having supported a bustling office environment
Open to feedback and adaptable to new environments
Strong administrative experience in calendar management/ scheduling
Detail-oriented and proactive
