Job Responsibilities
The Productivity Administrator acts as the hub for quoting and order processing activity, as well as the research and sourcing of machine related tooling and accessories for Tooling Sales Engineers, including Division Sales and Applications groups. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Provides product quotations, including technical and commercial information, to the Tooling Sales Engineer, supporting the productivity improvement of existing equipment installations
Facilitates order processing and order fulfillment
Possesses and maintains basic knowledge of products represented by the company and key strategic vendor partnerships
Strong MS Office Suite skills required
Other Functions:
Perform related duties as the need arises.

Associates Degree or 5 years of relevant experience required
Ability to optimally provide quotations, enter orders and subsequent delivery follow-up to assigned sales team
Knowledge of industry specific machine tools and applications is helpful
Strong oral and written communication skills required
ERP experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail required
