Position Summary

The Senior Director of Partner Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for building, developing, and nurturing relationships with key partners to drive business growth and ensure mutual success. This individual will oversee a team of partner managers, working closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall company objectives. The role demands an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing high-value relationships, executing partner programs, and contributing to revenue growth.


Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and growth objectives.
  2. Identify and prioritize strategic partners, including technology alliances, channel partners, and solution providers.
  3. Drive expansion into new markets and verticals through partner channels.

Relationship Management

  1. Serve as the primary executive point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring productive and positive relationships.
  2. Regularly engage with partners at executive levels to establish trust, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  3. Negotiate, structure, and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with contractual terms.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint marketing programs, co-branded campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives.
  3. Coordinate with product teams to enhance partner-centric solutions, providing feedback based on partner needs and market insights.

Review Growth and Metrics

  1. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, measuring success via KPIs such as partner-driven revenue, joint marketing contributions, and customer acquisition rates.
  2. Analyze partner performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to maximize partner effectiveness and engagement.

Market Intelligence and Strategy

  1. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and refine the partner strategy.
  2. Identify new potential partnerships and evaluate their fit within the company’s ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six or more years in the E911 Partner Management role.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing high-value, strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of NG911 processes and procedures
