Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile software development environments. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our client's operations.

Key Qualifications:
- An associate's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment
- 1+ year of experience supporting ServiceNow
- 1+ year of experience with IT Service Management / ITIL
- Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Deep product knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform
- Ability to run ServiceNow Automated Test Framework test suites and tests, and identify root cause of failures
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment/reasoning abilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work on time

Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA Certification

Responsibilities:
- Act as ServiceNow Product SME, maintaining deep knowledge of ongoing product changes
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Lead the requirements gathering process, ensuring ServiceNow capabilities are being leveraged as designed
- Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, process flows/diagrams, etc.
- Assist in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, estimates, progress reports, and presentations
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with customers
- Monitor and triage the support queue and route items as needed
- Act as release manager for regular releases, upgrades, and patches
- Review and analyze ServiceNow vendor release notes for upgrades and patches
- Act as ITSM process coordinator for the team for processes assigned
