Location: Cranbury, NJ
Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $68,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food manufacturing and a hands-on approach to work. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow within the industry. This is 4:30pm-6am (THIRD SHIFT). Must be able to work Monday-Thursday.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain food processing equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Assist with product packaging and labeling.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in food manufacturing.
- Ability to work a night shift and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
