Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of critical utility systems in a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial utilities, with a focus on ammonia refrigeration, steam, and compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and optimize utility systems for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and maintenance planning.
- Develop and implement training programs for maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in industrial utilities management.
- Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and PSM programs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in ammonia refrigeration or water treatment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with building automation systems.
