About the Role:
As the Control Systems Leader for the Mansfield, MA office, you will oversee the Control Automation Service group throughout the Southern New England region. This role includes managing financial performance, leading project management activities, and driving business development with existing clients. A key objective is to expand the company's footprint in the Life Sciences market across the region.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technical staff throughout the region.
Oversee project management activities and monitor financial performance.
Drive business development and sales initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
Foster a collaborative work environment that supports the company's social mission.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Automation, preferably with recent experience in a Project Management role.
Strong network within the Life Sciences industry.
Willingness to travel throughout the Southern New England region.
Proven ability to develop client proposals and provide project estimates.
