This is a permanent full time role-Sr. Information Technology Manager and MUST be worked on site in Mansfield, Mass.
Candidates Must have experience with: Azure Infrastructure management including core cloud services that run workloads, applications, and provide networking, storage, and compute capabilities in Azure. DESCRIPTION : Manage the Information Technology area, which is responsible for being an innovative provider of technology in data communications, data center, telecommunications, and computing platforms, with a specific focus on Azure, OCI Cloud, Cyber Security, help desk services, IT operations, and monitoring. Hybrid/Remote position; requires at least two to three days in the office and/or based on business need.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The incumbent may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:
Cloud Management: Lead and manage the integration, deployment, and operation of cloud services, specifically Azure and OCI Cloud. Cyber Security: Oversee and implement robust cyber security measures to protect the organization's data and technology assets.
IT Operations: Oversee daily IT operations to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the organization's technology infrastructure. Monitoring: Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions for all IT systems, including cloud and on-premises environments, to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution. User Management: Work closely with specific user management for the provisioning and delivery of technology services. Information Services Collaboration: Collaborate with the Information Services organization on the planning, implementation, and operation of technology infrastructure. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Vice President of Information Systems in developing long-range plans and technology direction, incorporating cloud and security strategies. Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with Information Systems Development managers and organizations in planning for infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and operational policies and procedures, including cloud migrations and security enhancements. Vendor Management: Maintain direct working relationships with all technology vendors, including those related to Azure, OCI Cloud, and cyber security. Department Leadership: Direct all aspects of the Information Technology department, ensuring alignment with cloud and security strategies. Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services to clients by understanding and managing expectations for timeliness, accuracy, reliability, and cost, with a focus on cloud services and cyber security. Enterprise Leadership: Provide enterprise-wide information technology leadership and direction, emphasizing cloud adoption and security best practices.
