Purpose: The customer service representative will handle all calls from customers - new and existing. This person will handle all front desk receptionist type work as well.
Job Duties:
Handle incoming calls, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate person.
Answering between 5-20 calls a day.
Respond to calls/emails in a timely manner.
Assist with administrative tasks - such as document preparation, quoting, and project related work.
Greet visitors.
Manage the reception area.
Providing support to customers or clients, addressing inquiries or concerns.
Must haves:

Able to multitask.
Great communication skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Phone and email etiquette.
Go-getter attitude.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
Sales skills are a plus.
