HumCap's client, an electronics design and manufacturing business, is searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This individual is responsible for daily order entry, customer communication, and project coordination in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify customer order information for accuracy against previously obtained data
Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules
Provide regular project status updates to customers
Receive and respond to customer requests promptly
Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, following up on action items as needed
Liaise with production and engineering departments to ensure project deadlines are met
Provide administrative support as required
Develop project strategies
Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable
Ensure all project requirements are met and documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an office or customer service environment responding to customer inquiries
Experience in a manufacturing environment or PCB assembly preferred
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
