Job Title: Onsite Job - Principal Electrical Systems Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46219
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Max Pay: $90/hr on W2
Required Skill Set : • A minimum of ten years professional work experience required, or seven years' experience with a Master's degree in a STEM related discipline. • Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and assignments • Must have design, analysis, and/or test experience with military electronic systems. • Must be proficient in electrical circuit analysis with experience using SPICE (or similar), and other circuit simulation tools. • Must have experience and proficiency in COTS and/or subsystem integration. • Must have experience designing and testing to environmental standards, such as MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461. • Must be proficient in requirements analysis, derivation, tracing, and management. • Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and be able to function in a dynamic environment, and have good time management skills. • Must have strong teaming skills, and good communication skills. • Must be proficient in use of O365, including Visio.
Desired Skills Set : • Experience and working knowledge of Altium Designer. • Excellent people skills working cooperatively in a team environment. • Experience in the development and design of electronic circuit designs, multi-assembly system/unit design, processor designs a plus. • Experience with embedded test techniques, design for test, design margin analysis and design for production. • Design, analysis, or test experience with any of the following isolated converter topologies: flyback, half-bridge, full-bridge, push-pull. Professional experience with digital power control. • Experience with military specifications or similar (MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464). • Experience with design and/or integration of systems using MIL-STD-1553 and/or MIL-STD-1760 interfaces. • Design experience with Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) concerns. • Leadership experience. • Experience with proposal development
Education Qualification : • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) degree program
