5+ years of experience implementing large scale implementation projects within PeopleSoft's Time & Labor module in an enterprise environment
Expertise with all phases of implementations (fit/gap analysis, gathering requirements, data mapping, business process re-engaging, testing, knowledge transfer, ongoing production support)
Proficiency with SDLC and application upgrades
Implementing Dashboards and WorkCenters with ERP systems
Proficiency with SDLC and application upgrades
Proficiency with PeopleSoft queries or SQL queries related to Payroll and Time & Labor data
Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM selective adoption methodology
Plus:
Experience supporting the Payroll module within PeopleSoft
Experience reviewing and testing tax updates in PeopleSoft, ensuring compliance and system accuracy
Day-to-day:
This PeopleSoft specialist will be working to comprehensively support the Payroll and Time & Labor modules within PeopleSoft. They will act as a liaison with relevant departments (ex: Payroll) to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft. Will be providing weekly updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
