Immediate need for Administrative Professional for growing accounting firm. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: greeting clients, answering main phone line, ordering office supplies, coordinating meetings, management of CPA's calendar, onboarding new clients, accounts receivable management. Opportunity to perform bookkeeping and accounting work if interested and ample opportunity for learning and growth.

Requirements:
  • Individual must be a friendly, detailed, energetic and proactive professional who desires to work with people in a fun, fast paced, professional organization
  • Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs
  • Thrive on busy phones and lots of activity - must be able to successfully handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
