The Company manufactures plastic injection and provides assembly services to international automotive manufacturers.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct quality tests and inspections on raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products using various tools and methods
Collect and analyze quality data and generate reports and charts to monitor performance and identify trends and issues.
Investigate and resolve quality problems and non-conformities using root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and lessons learned.
Perform internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems (QMS), customer specifications, quality standards (IATF 16949), and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing) to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into product design and development processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members on quality matters.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in business, engineering or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
0-3 years of experience in quality or management within an automotive industry
Experience working with Automotive OEM's or Suppliers Certification in an Internal Auditing Program ISO and IATF16949 background Understanding of PPAP
Computer proficiency, including MSOffice, Outlook, and Internet tools, must have database and spreadsheet experience.
Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data; Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management; Working knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system; Working knowledge of APQP; Basic knowledge of production process.
