As the E-Commerce Director at FHI Heat, you will be a key driver in our exciting growth journey, leading the charge to elevate our digital presence and boost online sales. In this dynamic role, you'll shape and execute strategies that accelerate our e-commerce success, while leading a talented team to achieve new heights. We're seeking a visionary leader with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of market trends, and a history of scaling e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy and Management:
Craft and implement a bold, comprehensive e-commerce strategy to propel growth and expand market share. Seek out new opportunities in digital commerce to broaden our reach and strengthen our competitive position.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, inspire, and grow a team of 3 to 5 associates, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Empower the team to achieve monthly goals and drive success.
Sales & Revenue Optimization:
Boost online sales through impactful merchandising, strategic promotions, and engaging customer experiences. Leverage insights from sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make smart, data-driven decisions that maximize revenue.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
Oversee and elevate digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, digital media, email campaigns, and content marketing. Strategically manage the digital marketing budget to optimize spend and deliver maximum ROI.
Platform & Technology Management:
Drive the development and refinement of our e-commerce platform to create a seamless, captivating customer experience that keeps users coming back.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Elevate the online customer journey by collaborating with the team to enhance site functionality, personalization, and user experience. Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement and to meet ambitious growth targets.
Vendor & Partner Relations:
Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, technology vendors, and service providers, to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
Monitor Inventory & Fulfillment:
Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations, effective inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
Stay on the cutting edge of e-commerce and industry trends to keep FHI Heat's digital presence ahead of the curve, constantly innovating and improving.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
7+ years of proven experience in e-commerce leadership roles, with a track record of scaling operations and driving growth.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus) and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable and proactive in navigating a rapidly changing market landscape.
