Our client, a leading Biotechnology Company is hiring a Laboratory Administrative Assistant to join their team in Harrisburg, PA!
**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits** (contract-to-hire)
As the Laboratory Administrative Assistant, you will monitor & respond to customer requests regarding preventative maintenance, equipment service, and follow up on service requests.
Responsibilities:
Schedule regular maintenance and record all service activities in applicable CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
Monitor & respond to customer requests and process requests for equipment service
Review and schedule preventive maintenance and other scheduled compliance activities (OQ, PQ and validation) and dispatch, accordingly, coordinating scheduling meeting
Discuss troubleshooting/repair situations with service providers or customers, in a professional, cost-effective manner
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment
Experience working in Laboratory, Life-Science, Pharma, Medical, GMP, or GXP environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, ServiceMax, and Maximo experience
Scheduling and maintenancerepairexperience
Familiar with Scientific Laboratory
