GLC Group has been engaged by a large real estate firm in Fort Myers to identify a talented Senior Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for a financial professional with strong commercial real estate experience, particularly in asset management, underwriting, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the VP of Finance in financial analysis, reporting, and asset management.
Analyze investment opportunities, including multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Maintain and update financial models in MS Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Track asset performance and conduct variance analysis to ensure optimal returns.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Advisory Board.
Perform market research to identify trends and risks impacting investment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
3-5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on commercial or mixed-use real estate.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
