The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the preconstruction phase, including estimating costs, participating in design decisions, interfacing with clients, building and maintaining subcontractor relationships, scheduling, partnering with business development to provide competitive estimates for purposes of securing profitable projects and overseeing the entire preconstruction process in a successful manner.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related area with at least 5 years' experience in a Preconstruction Manager role in a commercial or multifamily GC environment. Must be organized, highly detailed oriented with strong ability to communicate well with co-workers, subcontractors and clients.
