What a Quality Assurance Manager will do:
Lead and manage quality assurance programs and staff development
Analyze data to support business decisions
Maintain quality standards to meet customer needs
Conduct audits, manage quality results, and address root cause issues
Oversee projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Travel up to 20% of the time
What you need to be a Quality Assurance Manager:
5-7 years of management experience in quality/manufacturing
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Strong math and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills
