What a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will do:
Design and modify processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality
Evaluate new technologies and equipment for competitive advantage
Prepare project plans, reports, and equipment requests
Supervise and audit production testing
Create mechanical drawings and specs for equipment and facilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and present proposals to management and vendors
What you need to be a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
4+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in PLC programming, CAD, and process control systems
Knowledge of electrical systems and project management
Experience with rubber, plastic extrusion, or mixing technologies is a plus
