Job Description:
Facilities Manager - Hands on Engineering Experience NeededResponsibilities
- Supervising facilities technicians
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
- Troubleshooting HVAC, Utilities and some Equipment
- Troubleshooting and hands on repair
- Review and write procedures and maintain maintenance related documentation updated
- Manages inventory of parts and critical equipment
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner
- Tracks and logs contractors' time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes
Experience Required:
- High school diploma minimum (BSc preferred)
- 5 y of maintenance/facilities in an cGMP industrial and laboratory environment experience
- Maintenance and Facilities Lead, preventive and corrective maintenance experience
- Industrial process equipment and building systems, plan maintenance schedules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Experience with cGMP and ISO standards
- Experience reading and commenting P&ID, PFD, and other technical drawings
