This is a full time role that sits onsite in the company's Miami, FL office.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of up to 10 photographers, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to standards.
Optimize workflows and conduct regular quality audits to maintain service excellence.
Address client inquiries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement through performance metrics.
Provide coaching on new technologies, photography techniques, and company procedures.
Serve as the main contact for technical equipment issues, coordinating with IT for resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service, with some regional travel required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
5+ years of management experience leading teams of 6+.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage remote teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficient in analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
