Contract Duration: 9 Months with strong possibility of extension
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Support Specialist for a 9-month contract in Enon, OH. This role involves working on-site to facilitate the conversion of approximately 3,100 retail stores to standardized systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Scheduler:
Assist with scheduling In-Store Coaches, Kickoff Meetings, and other operational support meetings.
Collaborate with Operations for administrative and Field Training activities, ensuring tasks are efficiently handled.
Coordinate with other staff members or departments to facilitate smooth scheduling processes.
Support the Change Manager:
Create and maintain a Task Tracker document that monitors daily change management activities.
Track task descriptions, deadlines, priority levels, status updates, and any other relevant information.
Help the Change Manager stay organized and ensure timely completion of important tasks.
Qualifications:
Associate or 2-year degree.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Power BI for scheduling and task management, including:
Utilization of formulas, shortcuts, and conditional formatting.
Creation of worksheets with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF Functions, COUNTIF, CONCATENATE, dropdown lists, and pivot tables.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Scheduler and Change Manager to set up market kickoff meetings.
Update various Smartsheets, send communications, pull reports, and track reporting to identify any issues.
Order equipment for new personnel joining the team.
Coordinate with field staff and operations to confirm the required number of personnel at different locations, ensuring all resources are accounted for.
Additional Information:
Must be adaptable and able to pivot quickly as needed.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite; can start earlier (7 AM) if desired.
