Collaborates with the outside sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Provides timely and accurate information to customers regarding unit prices, inventory levels, availability, freight/shipping costs, and delivery times.
Responds to customer order inquiries, prepares price quotations, and initiates purchase orders.
Acts as the primary point of contact for many customers and prospects, making strong communication skills essential.
Demonstrates a willingness to learn about the company's product lines and makes recommendations to customers or prospects who contact us via phone or email.
Processes customer orders, changes, and/or returns in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
Calculates prices, discounts, shipping costs, and sales margins.
Qualifications:
College education preferred, with 3 years of experience and/or training in a B2B customer service role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and focus in B2B sales and customer service.
Previous experience in the distribution or packaging industry is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and other spreadsheet applications.
Familiarity with ERP software platforms is beneficial.

Schedule: : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
