Job Description:

The Organizational Effectiveness Intern will be responsible for assisting the OE team with projects starting in January of 2025.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities

• Coordination of enterprise programs


• Development and organization of program materials


• Workday Learning


• Communications with internal and external partners


• Equity, Inclusion and Diversity committee member

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related degree


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Strong time management skills


• Able to work independently when needed
