Job Description:
Administer procurement activities for goods and services
Receive and reconcile purchase orders, invoices and forms for accuracy
Work with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and agreed purchasing terms
Store and retrieve purchase orders and other documents for accurate financial reporting
Verify supplier bills against purchase orders and approve for payment
Enter and process purchase orders for materials and services as directed
Negotiate and purchase materials, equipment and supplies from vendors
Evaluate vendor quotes to select the best suppliers
Manage supplier relationships, monitor quality and ensure timely deliveries
Track internal demand to optimize purchasing decisions and meet deadlines
