What You'll Do:
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare precise time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Track costs vs. bids, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout project development.
Pursue and contribute to Alternative Delivery Methods (ADM) such as CMAR, Design-Build, and JOC.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
Provide critical support to Project Managers, especially when it comes to change orders, job cost reviews, and subcontract execution.
Participate in high-level strategy meetings, project performance evaluations, and pre-planning sessions.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering is preferred, but we're open to experience-based candidates.
Experience with ADM, CMAR, Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills-able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
