As the Director of R&D for Infused Products, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, driving innovation, and ensuring that our infused products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy. You will lead the development of high-potency, infused flower products, including pre-rolls, trim, shake, and other infused offerings.
Required skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development within the cannabis or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching infused products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of cannabis extraction methods, formulation, and product development processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all legal requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
