Key Responsibilities:Lead global teams to ensure seamless production environment operations and support stores migrated to the latest store platform.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Oversee data migrations, addressing pre- and post-production concerns following store conversions.
Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly store conversion reports to leadership stakeholders.
Track store conversions, ensuring thorough pre- and post-validation processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Serve as an early warning system, escalating potential concerns to leadership promptly.
Requirements:8+ years of experience in related fields.
