Kavaliro is seeking out multiple candidates for a Mortgage Loan Coordinator role with a well respected client locate in the Napa, CA area! This role is a 6 month contract position.
Position Duties:
Intake and process loan applications via phone, walk-ins, referrals, or loan officers.
Serve as the primary contact for Member walk-ins and respond to branch inquiries.
Establish rapport, communicate next steps, and structure loan scenarios based on Member needs.
Collect necessary documents and facilitate streamline refinance requests.
Cross-sell services and monitor incomplete loans for further action.
Act as TME Ambassador to improve Member services and processes.
Process regulatory notices and safeguard Member information.
Upload loan documentation and assist with pre-closing loan verifications.
Monitor and distribute emails and scanned documents.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support mortgage, consumer lending, and business services departments.
Assist with community events and participate in training.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of real estate, loan structuring, and investor guidelines.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team.
Valid California driver's license and NMLS registration.
Hourly rate is $25-$30/hour depending on experience
