We are looking for a successful Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Executive you will actively seek out sales opportunities through cold calling and networking with large multifamily property management companies and REITs within the Elite Flooring service footprint. You will develop and maintain successful long-term, relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the multifamily industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies to target multifamily property owners, management groups, and REITs
Discover opportunities to display Elite's value as a trusted partner for our customers flooring needs
Negotiate and close opportunities with targeted customers
Onboard new accounts through coordination with local Elite Sales Executives
Stay current with the industry and market trends
Represent Elite at industry tradeshows and client events
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must be able to travel throughout Elite's service footprint to meet with prospects and clients
Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a track record of proven success
Excellent mathematical aptitude and working knowledge of MS Office
Strong customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Solid working knowledge of the multifamily industry

Competitive base plus commissions
