As a growing company, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pipeline Generator to help us identify new business opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline in our Pompano Beach office.

The Position: We are seeking a proactive and driven Pipeline Generator/Lead Generator/Prospector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and creating a robust sales pipeline. Your primary goal will be to uncover new business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring that they have a steady stream of prospects to convert into clients.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and tailor lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Transition prospective clients to sales team in a positive, collaborative and cooperative fashion.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights to improve strategies and increase efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking functions to expand your network and generate leads.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a related role.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and target key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and find solutions to redirect prospect conversations through value-ad proposal.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while pursuing new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret lead generation metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with database management systems.
  • Speaks clear English, bilingual a plus.
  • Understanding of Fleet Graphics is a plus.
