Responsibilities
Answer customer calls within a busy office
Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
Enter customer data into the computer
Respond in a timely fashion to customer queries
Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
One or more years of experience as a dispatcher
Availability to work full time (8 hours a day), between Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
Rotating weekends, every other weekend - Saturday 7:00 to 7:00 pm, and Sunday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
Knowledge of the local geographic territory
