The Lead Acu/Chiro Assistant is responsible for coordinating and delegating roles and responsibilities of the clinic’s Acu/Chiro Assistants ensuring the service line workflows are done properly at each clinic. Serve as an advocate for the Acu/Chiro Assistants on site as it related to job responsibilities and workflow improvements. The Lead Acu/Chiro Assistant utilizes skills to assist in training new and existing Acu/Chiro Assistants.

Must Haves:

•High school diploma or equivalent. • Two (2) years’ Acupuncture/Chiropractic Assistant experience. • Knowledge of medical terminology, and healthcare operations and workflow. • One (1) year experience with documentation in an EHR system • Basic computer skills

Nice to Haves:

• Associate Degree in Healthcare, allied health or related field
• Leadership experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be REQUIRED) in some clinics

Certifications:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers (from the American Heart Association)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
