Your new company


Hays, in partnership with a prominent global commercial real estate services firm, is actively seeking a General Manager to oversee a medical office building in Los Angeles.



Your new role


  • Prepare financial statements, operating and leasing metrics.

  • Manage vendors in a timely and reliable manner.

  • Assist in development and implementation of operational strategies for assigned properties.

  • Maintain relationships with tenants to preserve the highest level of tenant satisfaction.




What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 7 years of Commercial Property Management

  • Experience with preference to CPM or RPA designations

  • Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements

  • Proficiency with MRI, JDEdwards, Yardi, Kardin software preferred
