We provide expert consultation on a diverse range of IT subjects focusing on acquisition strategy, implementation activities, cloud computing, systems engineering, and Cyber Security policy and engineering.We are in the market for a Systems Engineer Intermediate to provide support for the modernization and sustainment of Marine Corps supply and maintenance functions through the development of a web-based common user interface providing an integrated and distributed logistics capability enabling leaders to effectively plan, manage, execute, and monitor logistics operations from both a garrison and a forward deployed environment.

Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer will:
Provide technical support for engineering development activities to include supporting the implementation of various Systems Engineering and Test Engineering initiatives
Create testing framework and define testing parameters based on input from the product design team and monitor the process using the testing framework, keep detailed progress records, and troubleshoot as needed
Assist in the revision of current Systems Engineering processes and help to develop policy regarding the implementation of Agile methodology and DevSecOps principles across the portfolio
Lead and assist in the development, execution, review, and update of Requirements Traceability Matrices, System Subsystem Specification, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Reports, as well as oversee verification and validation
Assist in the draft, review, and update of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Master Test Strategy (MTS) artifact development and T&E Working-Level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) charters
Work with the Government and development teams to institute and integrate Agile framework concepts, activities, and processes
Support SETR events across a portfolio of programs with knowledge of USMC/Navy System Engineering Technical Reviews process
Provide strategic recommendations and analyze requirements in the form of white papers, Business Case Analysis (BCA), technology and business roadmaps, authoring and editing Statement of Objectives (SOOs) to the vendor, and by engaging in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) as required by the Program Office
Ensure SE processes and disciplines are seamlessly integrated into Program Operations; Perform engineering analysis and assessment of proposed requirements changes, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), design issues, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Prepare or assist in T&E status reports and presentations for T&E Govt lead or other stakeholders
Present programmatic and required technical information to executive level clients
Qualifications
Required:
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
5+ years' experience providing Senior Systems Engineering expertise in enterprise level environments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Test support tools such as IBM Jazz or JIRA
Experience conducting system Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and System Verification Reviews (SVRs)
Experience with Agile and knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
Experience developing and presenting executive-level briefs, point papers, and white papers
Possess strong organization and communication skills with the ability to quickly adapt and reprioritize new responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems and services technologies to include large scale systems and OS, software and applications, AD, SAN/WAN technologies, Windows Server environments, Server Virtualization, Commercial Cloud Services
