Here’s What You’ll Get To Do
- Receive and process requests directly from customers (via telephone, fax and email) for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, material returns, billing corrections, product information, order changes, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives with meeting customer needs
- Troubleshoot and/or research customer issues
- Learn and understand the different products OBE Tampa offers.
- Read, interpret, process and possibly question orders received by customers to ensure they are entered correctly.
- Develop professional rapport with our large customer base.
- Understand customer needs and priorities and communicate them to the production team.

- Strong organizational skills
- Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
