Job Description:

Staff Accountant - Commercial Property Management. 3 or more years of Staff Accounting experience in the property management industry supporting multiple properties. Small office environment. Great benefits and culture!



Duties:

• Review and approve vendor invoices for property number, coding, description and approvals through accounting system on a weekly basis and as needed


• Daily cash reconciliation - cash flow reporting


• Financial statement preparation and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics


• 3 to 5 years of Property Management Accounting experience.
