Ultimate Staffing is working with a materials distributor that is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, dynamic, and a quick learner with strong task management skills. This role requires Excel proficiency and experience in sales support or administrative tasks.
On-site position Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume bid, job, and order databases
Provide administrative support to managers, including data entry and task organization
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and HQ
Maintain professional written and oral communication
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or office environment, with sales support experience preferred
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (assessment required)
Strong organizational, analytical, and task management skills
Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly preferred
