Job Description:

The Role

Drive Sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business.


Responsibilities

Work closely with Operations Manager to achieve sales goals
Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed individual and team goals
Communicate and align with the other departments and functions.
Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
Excellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
Recruiting and development of new sales staff is required
Mentor and develop sales lead coordinators to appropriate sales metrics.
Train and ensure Nexstar sales processes are being followed.
Perform weekly ride alongs with each sales team member
Attend daily huddle and report previous days number, and expected number for the day.
Coach and training sales team's weekly group meetings
Coach and train team individually - Performs 1:1s using Nexstar 1:1 form
Product training
Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.
Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented
Create sales strategies and objectives through analyzing profit and loss projections.
Evaluate competitors for offerings, analyze market share and trends, which is shared for leadership evaluation.
Work with marketing department to develop marketing ideas/campaigns.
Monitor goals
Assist in setting goals
Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results
Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding sold hour and revenue goals
