The Internal Communications Specialist supports the Sr. Internal Communications Business Partner with building and executing internal communications (IC) strategies and programs that engage, inspire and empower Bose employees around the world. They will work to support the implementation of global IC strategy and planning, serv ing as consultant to internal clients, support ing the ongoing professionalization the internal communications function , its governance procedures , policies and tools, and executi ng communications plans and tactics in support of strategic programs and key change initiatives.

The role requires a proactive individual who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Main responsibilities :

  • Support the Sr. Internal Communications Business Partner in the execution of strategy and planning to engage, inspire and empower Bose employees around the world.

  • Support the design and execution of strategic IC, employee engagement programs, campaigns and events.

  • Coordinate and execute change communication strategies that enable Bose to successfully implement key transformation initiatives

  • Advise internal clients on IC strategy, recommending and facilitating the best communications approach, messaging, channels and tools to support their strategic priorities and programs.

  • Support the development and ongoing professionalization of IC governance, policies and tools, including a global IC calendar.

  • Coordinate IC execution across key regions in partnership with IC regional leads .

  • Benchmark IC strategy and tactics to stay ahead of trends and drive innovation.

  • T rack, analyze, and report on key IC metrics and feedback .

Key competencies and experiences we are looking for

  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Strategic, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity .

  • A college degree in communications, marketing, journalism or similar .

  • 3 + years of experience in communications planning and execution - in-house or agency.

  • A proven communicator with exceptional writing and editing skills, and attention to detail.

  • Experience developing and generating internal communications plans that apply creative tactics using a wide variety of integrated communication channels and touchpoints, including social, digital, video and events.
