Job Description:
In the role of a Engineering Project Team Leader you will manage multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions, organizations, products, or value chains.

What you will do:
• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinating resources across the businesses with sales and marketing, product development groups, value chain and manufacturing.
• Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.
• Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

• Experience with Built In Quality (BIQ) in manufacturing environment
• Experience with engineering releasing system (Team center)
• Experience with factory production (MES/MCS/AQE)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Current Product Improvement (CPI)
