Job Description:

A Dorchester-based Nonprofit Women and Family Services Center is seeking a Case Manager for our growing team!



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct intakes with Families to determine immediate needs


• Act as advocate during length of stay


• Provide Crisis Intervention with families


• Maintain case management files


• Connection to community-based resources centered around services for families experiencing homelessness

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree - Human Services / related field


• 2+ years' Case Management experience


• Valid Driver's License


• Ability to work one "evening" shift per week

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:00p, with one evening shift (10:00a - 6:00p or 11:00a - 7:00p) weekly
