About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Specialist as part of our Corporate Finance team and report to the Head of Corporate Finance who is responsible for the day-to-day management of centralized finance functions across the company, including Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Expense Analytics & Allocations, Corporate Finance Advisory, and the Finance Transformation Office.

In this role you will:
  • Participate in administrative duties to the Head of Corporate Finance as well as contribute to the overall effectiveness of team.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle sensitive information and confidential correspondence.
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Scheduling internal & external meetings in person, via conference calls, or via video conferences. Includes scheduling meetings with cross enterprise most senior level leaders.
  • Proactive calendar management.
  • Participating in select meetings to assist in tracking action items.
  • Creating, updating, and proofing presentation and other communication drafts.
  • Leading and assisting in other ad hoc projects and assignments as necessary.
  • Composing or compiling confidential reporting
  • Booking and updating travel itineraries
  • Expense tracking, submission, review, and approval for direct reports
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Acting as proxy for employee management systems and tools (Workday, Technology requests and approvals. Recognition Central and others)
  • Scheduling candidate interviews, tracking panel participants, collecting, updating, and reviewing interview guides.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Power point, Excel)
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner.
  • Experience supporting executives or performing functions commensurate with supporting executives such as proactive calendaring, sensitive correspondence, and confidential reporting.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or other leaders simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential data on a regular basis and demonstrate discretion and diplomacy.
  • Travel reservation and expense reporting experience.
Pay Range

43-65 HourlyDesired Qualifications:

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$42.16 - $74.95
