We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead with extensive experience in API development and Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams, delivering complex projects, and possessing a deep understanding of both API integration and Pega platform capabilities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving the success of our software initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all quality and performance standards.
API Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs to support various business functions and integrations.
Pega Implementation: Leverage Pega platform to design and implement business process management (BPM) solutions.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in API development and integration.
3+ years of experience with Pega platform, including Pega BPM and Pega CRM.
3+ years of experience with MuleSoft APIs.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
