In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well as ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
Support projects
Act as information source on group and company policies
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience providing administrative support for senior-level leaders or executives
Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Ability to make decisions, prioritize work, report priorities/metrics to senior management, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with setting up meetings and utilization of Microsoft Teams (or similar platform experiences) for meeting facilitation
Proficiency in organizing and coordinating offsite events.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $30.58 - $65.24 Benefits
