In this role, you will:
Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
Maintain board directory, committee member lists, spreadsheets, and certificates
Provide invoice support, onboarding and offboarding support, and assist with physical record retention.
Interact with colleagues for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
Support monitoring activities for accuracy, quality, capacity and compliance aligned to policy, procedures and other related governance and control activities
Assist with research, data reporting and reconciliation of information
Creating and updating procedures and summary materials
Provide triage, research and trouble shoot business case intake and tool issues
Identify process efficiency opportunities
Identify root causes of issues and alert key partners and leadership of identified trends or systemic problems
Apply critical thinking to assess issue urgency and escalate when appropriate
Support incoming work queues including shared mailboxes and SharePoint, within defined service levels
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience utilizing tools, to include but not limited to ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, GEMS, NetDocuments, and Onit
Data management experience to include tracking, analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing conclusions and reporting
Experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
Project management experience: owning issues through resolution and handling multiple projects concurrently
Experience consulting and partnering with business leaders, managers, and HR partners at all levels
Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations:
Position will require onsite presence, three days a week, from the location listed above

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $22.36 - $33.51 Benefits
