The specialist handles registration, waitlists, and grading issues, analyzing complex information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The position also manages records for specific student populations, such as dual enrollment, and regularly handles confidential student information.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate student records and manage registration for special populations.
Analyze information to resolve registration and grading concerns.
Create and update process documentation, unit communications, and reports for Enrollment Management.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations impacting student records.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing records or in a related field, with 1 year of experience managing large databases.
Skills: Proficiency in student information systems, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, and experience with Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
