Instructor/Ast Professor Fixed Term
Position SummaryThe Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders (CSD) at Michigan State University is seeking outstanding candidates for anticipated fixed-term (non-tenure stream) faculty positions. These are part-time positions but with the possibility of increasing to full time.
Primary responsibilities will include one or more of the following:
This person will report to the Chair of the department. Depending on the combination of responsibilities assigned to this person, they will work closely with the directors of the undergraduate and graduate programs in CSD, including the master's program Director and Clinical Education Coordinator.

Required DegreeDoctorate -Communicative Sciences and Disorders or related field.
Minimum RequirementsA Master's or Ph.D. This is an open rank posting and selected individuals will be hired at the title that aligns with their highest completed degree.

Department StatementThe Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders has grown dramatically in recent years, with ten active research laboratories and five endowments to support student and faculty development. The Departments thriving undergraduate major and minor, MA, and PhD programs prepare students for successful clinical and research careers in speech-language pathology and related fields.
